The milking cows have been replaced by mixers and ovens since making the change from a full-time dairy enterprise to a bakery back in 2004 and now the country air fills with the delicious tempting scents of fresh baking.
In 2011 we added a dedicated GLUTEN FREE facility so we could expand our love of good food into certified gluten free, and/or vegan products.

We use quality fresh ingredients to produce clean label products for a healthier lifestyle - and now proudly have a range of Gluten Free cakes, biscuits, crackers, grab 'n go bars & cookies, breakfast cereals / granolas and Christmas specialities.
Our products are registered with the Coeliac Society and carry the crossed grained symbol on pack, which indicates a safe and reassuring choice.
