The milking cows have been replaced by mixers and ovens since making the change from a full-time dairy enterprise to a bakery back in 2004, baking high quality wheat baked products .
Over the years the bakery has expanded into more of the available building space. And in 2011 we added on a dedicated gluten free facility - giving us two separate bakeries, both producing additive free 'from scratch' products.
It is this marriage of unique recipes, high taste profile and experience and make our products some of the best on the market.
And you don't have to take our word for the quality. 33 Taste Awards over the last few years says it better than we ever could. We were also named 'Producer of the year 2013' by Good Food Ireland, and are recommended in John & Sally McKenna's Good Food Guide, and also recently listed in Georgina Campbells 'Ireland'.
We use quality fresh ingredients to produce clean label products for a healthier lifestyle - and now proudly have a range of Gluten Free cakes, biscuits, crackers, grab 'n go bars & cookies, breakfast cereals / granolas and Christmas specialities.
