This is a story that started in Tipperary and ended on Mount Kilimanjaro with a very happy customer. That`s what it`s all about for The Foods of Athenry and we are delighted to tell you that Paula Greally was delighted and Fully Loaded.

It always amazes us here in The Foods of Athenry how people use the Cookie Shots. If you don`t know what they are then we can tell you that they are delicious, small cookies that come in a resealable pouch. The resealable pouch is a great idea because you can take three to four cookies with your tea or coffee and close the pouch. We do admit that it takes a lot of willpower to close the pouch because the Cookie Shots are just delicious and totally moreish. Each flavour is available in the online shop right now and can be found across Ireland. 

The Foods of Athenry have been baking the Brownie Cookie Shots and the Blondie Cookie Shots with great success. Our customers have really taken to them and we have gained many fans over this time. Bite sized, low calorie and they taste great. We love the reaction of people when they realise that something this good is free from gluten and vegan (depending on your preferred cookie shot of course) and come in a resealable pouch! read more....

We are delighted to be shortlisted for the Matheson WMB Female Entrepreneur Award 2018 as part of the Women Mean Business awards which are now in their 12th year.  

"When I first started baking in 1998, I never imagined that I would be nominated for an award like this. The Foods of Athenry has won over 60 taste awards since we started and this is a first time nomination for myself. As an ‘accidental entrepreneur’  I’m flattered and delighted. Baking and consumer needs have changed so much over the years that I have often thought of writing a go-to "how to” baking book.
