Every year, thousands of visitors make their way to Dublin’s Phoenix Park to experience the very best of Irish food, gardening, sustainability and craftsmanship. For us at Foods of Athenry, Bloom 2026 was more than just an event—it was an opportunity to connect with customers, meet fellow food lovers, and share our passion for delicious gluten-free and Irish-made products.
As proud exhibitors at Bloom 2026, we spent five unforgettable days introducing visitors to our range of award-winning granolas, oat bars, cookies, biscuit cakes, soda bread toasts and seasonal treats. From familiar faces who have supported our family bakery for years to first-time customers discovering our products for the very first time, the response was nothing short of incredible.
Bringing Foods of Athenry to Bloom 2026
Located at Stand 45, our team was delighted to welcome visitors from across Ireland and beyond. Throughout the festival, attendees had the opportunity to sample some of our best-selling products, learn more about our bakery's story and discover how we create foods that are naturally gluten-free without compromising on flavour.
As a family-run Irish bakery, events like Bloom allow us to share the values that have shaped Foods of Athenry from the beginning: quality ingredients, traditional baking methods, and a commitment to creating products that everyone can enjoy.
Our stand quickly became a destination for those seeking delicious gluten-free snacks, breakfast options and treats, with many visitors surprised to discover that our products are enjoyed just as much by non-coeliacs as they are by those following a gluten-free lifestyle.
Meeting the Gluten-Free Community
One of the highlights of Bloom 2026 was meeting so many members of Ireland's growing gluten-free community.
As proud members of the Coeliac Society of Ireland, we understand how important trust and confidence are when choosing gluten-free products. Over the five days, we spoke with families living with coeliac disease, individuals recently diagnosed, and customers who have supported our products for years.
These conversations remind us why we do what we do.
Hearing stories about how our products have become part of family breakfasts, lunchboxes, road trips and everyday moments reinforces our commitment to creating gluten-free foods that taste exceptional while meeting the highest standards.

Bloom also provided the perfect platform to showcase the breadth of the Foods of Athenry range.
