At the 2022 Free From Awards, we were over the moon to walk away with 9 awards, but the highlight of the evening was our very own Siobhan Lawless being named Free From Food Champion 2022.
The FreeFrom Food Awards Ireland was founded in 2015 by coeliac entrepreneur John Burke. The team includes fellow coeliac Emma Clarke Conway, diabetic Ashley Neville, and the awards are co-presented by journalist and coach Maria McHale, who is also a coeliac.
About the FreeFrom Food Awards
The judging panels consist of coeliacs, diabetics, individuals with wheat, gluten, or dairy intolerances, vegans, vegetarians, and those with various allergies. They also include journalists, dietitians, chefs, bakers, nutritionists, and parents or family members of individuals who must follow FreeFrom diets.
