Baked Salmon Fillet topped with Multiseed Toasts Crumb


  • 200g Salmon
  • 25g Multiseed toasts made into crumbs
  • Grated rind of half a lime
  • 1 dessertspoon lime juice
  • 1 dessertspoon chopped parsley and chives, mixed


  1. Mix crumbs, parsley, chives, lime juice and rind together.
  2. Place fish fillet on tinfoil on baking tray.
  3. Top with crumbs mixture.
  4. Bake in moderate oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on thickness of fish. Take care not to let topping burn!
