Grilled Halloumi with Cranberry & Hazelnut Toasts

Grilled Halloumi  with Cranberry & Hazelnut Toasts


  • Mixed Salad Leaves
  • 1 Plum Tomato, sliced
  • 1 Thin slice Red Onion
  • 1 slice watermelon, cubed OR 3-4 sliced strawberries
  • 2 slices Halloumi Cheese
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Sprig of Mint
  • Drizzle of salad dressing or honey


  1. Mix salad ingredients  together.
  2. Add oil and mix again.
  3. Place halloumi on tin foil on grill pan and grill for 2 minutes or until turning brown.
  4. Turn and grill for another 2 minutes. Remove from grill and place on top of salad.
  5. Drizzle with salad dressing of choice, or a drizzle of honey
  6. Serve with Cranberry & Hazelnut Toasts.
  7. Garnish with mint.
