Mango Salsa

Mango Salsa


  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed.
  • 1 Tbsp flat leaved parsley, chopped
  • 1 spring onion finely chopped
  • 1 dessertspoon balsamic vinegar


  1. Place mango, parsley and onion in a bowl.
  2. Stir in balsamic vinegar. Mix well.
  3. Serve with Cranberry and Hazelnut Toasts.
