Roasted Beetroot and Walnut Hummus, with Multiseed Toasts

Ingredients:

  • 400g Roasted Beetroot (Ready roasted vacuum packed or roast your own)
  • 400g Tin of Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Tahini
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 50g Walnuts
  • Seasoning
